Why you should NOT use a PBM for everything related to your Pharmacy Benefits program?
- Pharmacy Benefit Managers may not always work in your best interests or have aligned goals with you.
- PBMs are good at some things, but may not be so good at others.
- Would you give your bank account password to your best friend? (you may like them and even trust them, but does it make sense for you to give them specific, and vital, information?)
